Not a pleasant experience. Interview started with interviewer telling me you don't have what we are looking for which I found to be rude and disrespectful. If I don't have what you look for then why did you call me for an interview and wasted my time.
The interview Process was arbitrary and casual. Interviewer focus on the past experience of the candidate. A written test is provided after the interview with manager which is not a common practice tho.
