The hiring process took a couple weeks since it had to go through a referral, HR and finally to the head office in Toronto. The interview itself was quite short, and very informal. I barely had to fill out the application/

Very personal interview, no standard questions, just an opportunity to meet you and try to figure you out. Not much experience necessary for an entry level position, just be persistent. The person that shows they want the job and who is persistent will get the position.
