Proceso ágil, y bastante básico. Son regularmente 4 filtros, dependiendo de la posición. Pero es bastante sencillo. La parte de RH es la que podría mejorar en cuanto a filtros, tiempos y profundidad y conocimiento sobre la posición a cubrir.
Relatively informal interviews with a few individuals before the offer. Expect to interview with three people. No standardized process, but this may vary depending on the business unit. Good blend of inquiry and explanation during each interview.

Eine HR Managerin und der Abteilungsleiter leiteten das Gespräch an. Zu Beginn gab es typische einleitende Fragen, die die Nervosität reduzieren sollten. Dann kamen Fragen zur Persönlichkeit und Selbsteinschätzung. Der Abteilungsleiter stellte gezielt Fachbezogene Fragen. Zum Schluss durfte ich Fragen stellen.
