Mode: Online meeting + shared coding editor (CoderPad, Collabedit, etc.)
Focus:
Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Exception Handling.
Microservices architecture, design patterns, system design basics.
Real-life project discussion.
Some companies also test Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment knowledge.

The interview Process was very easy. I have got the call from SISL team member and I attend the interview. But my suggestion is no one should join this company as the salary process is too slow.
