The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SNA International (Dover, DE) in May 2021
Interview
One interview with your typical interview questions. It was not highly technical. You have the opportunity to ask as many questions you want at the end. About a half hour long.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SNA International in May 2024
Interview
Interview was with five people, three of whom were people from my specific discipline. Pleasant and professionally appropriate discussion of the actual work being done in the unit. When I inquired about compensation at the end of the interview the program coordinator who had been silent said that they don't discuss that and it could be handled during the hiring process. In the end although they offered me the position, I was highly qualified, and I really wanted the job and was willing to relocate, the salary was extremely low and one attempt to negotiate ended in the recruiter telling me they couldn't meet my (market appropriate) expectations.
