      Nutrition Research Associate Interview

      27 Sept 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPINS

      Interview

This interview went south as soon as the interviewer walked into the room. She was 10 minutes late and it was supposed to be an hours time of a team interview (which there was no team). As the lady proceeded to ask questions she interrupted me at every question she asked, did not smile once, make it seem like data entry had to be my life's passion, and I could tell she was not prepared for the interview because she had no idea who I was and the slightest clue about my background. I could tell from the moment she walked into the room that I was not liked or wanted. She ended the interview a half hour early and said that she "doesn't need anyone else to make this decision, she can do it herself." Nobody should be treated badly in an interview and better yet made to feel uncomfortable intentionally. This lady has only been with the company for six months and I feel she was not well suited to give interviews.
