In person, lasted most of the day. Met several key members of the team and with the director of engineering. Had lunch with two senior engineers at a lovely Italian restaurant nearby.

Interview
They contacted me about a week after I submitted my application.
The phone interview was mostly non-technical, just basic behavioral
questions from HR, but they did ask me about the principles of signal
modulation, radar equipment, and Fourier transforms.
After the phone screen they called me the next day to schedule the
in-person interview, and mentioned that it would take about 24 hours to
clear the travel details.
They never called back, and never responded to my emails.

Interview
I met with a recruiter at a campus career fair, and received a request to setup a phone interview around a month later. I replied to the initial request for a phone interview but did not hear anything back and received another request for a phone interview a week later. At that time was able to setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. At the end of the phone interview he said they would invite me to come to Syracuse for a day of interviews.
The on-site interview consisted of a tour followed by meetings with several different group leaders. Each group leader had their own approach to interviewing which ranged from highly technical questions to just chit-chat. I was given an offer around a week after the interview.
