While first starting out they require you to complete an online video interview. I had made it through this process. I then had a phone interview with HR, then in person with the manager of the floor I applied to work on. I accepted the position.
First interview was with a recruiter via a phone call to see if you're a good fit, then the second interview was set up with the hiring manager via a teams video chat.

Interview
Quick but formal interview which lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The employer asked me two questions. Then I ask them three questions about the company culture and the support they offer. The interviewer was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
