Interview
The hiring process is fairly easy. After applying online, a recruiter would contact you to conduct a telephone interview. If accepted, an in-person interview will follow. If accepted, the normal process of a background/drug test is conducted. If applying for a medical position, then a license check is also conducted. During the interview, I was completely informed about the position, company, and requirements for the job.

Experience, education, expectations, and culture of the organization.
Frustrating and very strung along for several months. Led to believe of the two positions available, they offered one of them no matter what, only to be sent an email nearly three months later that someone else was chosen.
