Safe-Guard Products International interview questions

I received a call from the recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. During the call, they asked me several interview questions and then scheduled an interview with the IT Asset Manager. That interview went very well—the manager was professional, knowledgeable, and it turned out to be one of the best interviews I’ve had in years. The final interview was with the Senior Manager, but it was a very different experience. He arrived looking disheveled, as if he had just finished working out, and seemed distracted and unfocused throughout our conversation. A week later, I followed up with HR for a status update and received the automated response stating that another candidate had been selected.

I experienced a very quick process! After I applied, I received a text two days later from the recruiter with a link to schedule a phone screening. I had my in-person interview the very next day at the office in Sandy Springs! The interview was with the hiring manager and a colleague that the team works closely with. Mostly STAR based interview questions. They were writing down all of my responses. They had a sheet with questions and just took turns going through them all. I received an offer exactly 1 week later! But it was over a holiday weekend or I truly believe that it would’ve been sooner. But even with a holiday weekend in between this was a very quick and smooth interview process!
