I applied online and had a friend that worked at my store who told me to go in and bug them and talk to a manager. Process took a couple weeks. You just need to talk to the hiring manager, that makes it a lot easier.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
