Interview
I showed up on time and asked for the hiring manager. The woman I asked called the hiring manager and they had an argument about being on time with things and talking to the employees. I waited 15 minutes before being able to start my interview, and it was in the middle of a phone conference in the office in the store. The woman interviewing me was very nice. She told me I couldn't work at the Safeway location I wanted, but offered me a job at the location we were interviewing at. I declined because she only wanted to let me work weekends and their benefits program would take a lot of the money I earned if I were to only work weekends.
It was a standard interview. You just have to answer questions they ask and ask questions you want to be answered. It was easy and to the point like an other interview is.

Management interviewing candidates very carefully. Asking many questions to ensure the candidate is not aggressive and can handle stressful situations in a high-paced environment. Management was kind and friendly. Thank you!
