I was called through telephone. my manager interviews me in the office. then 1 week later i got a job offer. I got also the monthly training for the entire module. The work was very easy but stressful sometimes if there was an issue. I need to hear first the side of the client and explain the situation to make her or him calm.

It wasn't like an interview at all
