Interview
An initial phone interview with an HR Associate followed by the Regional Pharmacy Manager in the store. The phone interview was around 10-15 minutes and he asked questions about my employment history, why I had left previous jobs, etc. The in person interview was just a series of situational questions- around 6 scenarios.

The interviewing process was entirely based around the retail aspects of the store when I was applying to a pharmacy position. The one has somewhat to do with the other, but no pharmacy questions at all is weird.

The interview process was pretty much fully behavioural questions as I was in a student role and was doing this unpaid, and I used the star method to answer those questions and prep ahead of time with general behaviour questions.

Interview
Simple, basic general questions like school, hobbies, and future. They will test you for drugs and will take at around 2 minutes or more but within the same day. In addition, they will ask for simple contact information
