Recruiter who was not responsive, individual interview with hiring manager, case study and panel interview, had me submit names of several managers, peers, and direct reports to rate me in a simulated 360. Lengthy process only to never speak to me again or give me any answer after investing hours of my time prepping, interviewing, and getting a dozen people for a 360. Very disrespectful team and non-existent recruiter. Pay band discussed was low.
