Phone interview and then invited in for in person. Interviewed by a panel of current staff RNs and techs as well as an occassional administration. Then you are offered the position through HR.

The manager called me directly, had me come in for an interview, and Human Resources reached out with the job offer same day of the interview. Cognitive-behavioral questions and general questions were asked.
