Saint Anthony Hospital interview questions

18+ months ago, I had their recruiter cold call me. I went through 4 rounds of interviews and was 1 step away from the final, and was ghosted. I emailed HR and the hiring manager and zero response. 18 months later, they are back looking for someone to head up HR. Their most recent Director last about 4 months. In talking with HR colleagues, this place is a HR Graveyard.
