I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Saks Fifth Avenue Stores (SFA) in Sept 2011
Interview
At first they make you feel like you will be part of a team and that you are so incredibly fit for the job, They give you all these rules that seem so easy to follow, They hire you almost right away because it is seasonal. Then you are in for a rude awakening once you are in there, the same person that hires you talks to you like you just got off the slave boat. Forget the "you are great for the job". You are trained by one of their favorites and she trains you like you're beneath her and it is no training, no explanations, just seeing someone punch keys.
