Interview
I applied online and got a phone call about a week and half later. You go through one phone call with the HR department and they get back in touch with you via email for the most part. The HR coordinators are very on top of their game. Next you go through a face to face interview with 2-3 managers and if you get through that stage, you will have one final interview with the Director. Afterwards you have to write a case study and a competitive analysis of the SAKS brand.

The case study is fairly easy. I was asked to compare and contrast with competitors and you will be asked what's good about the saks.com website and any improvements. They also asked a supplement question, "Define luxury".
