I left this interview genuinely disappointed. After spending near 18 years of experience in the position I was applying for and building a strong track record with previous employers, I expected a conversation based on professionalism and mutual respect. Instead, the interview felt cold, rush and dismissive. The manager seemed uninterested from the beginning, I was left waiting a long time before starting the interview even though I arrived on time. I understand interviews are not guarantees of employment, but candidates deserve courtesy regardless the outcome especially if they have extensive experience and an impeccable resume. This company should understand they are a high end store and that should be reflected through their collaborators. This is a transaction between professionals and companies
