I applied online. I interviewed at SalesWorks in Feb 2026
Interview
I was invited to both a 1st and 2nd interview, the 2nd one just ended 5 minutes ago. They advertised this job under a company called "Luminous" instead, and withheld this information until they subtly introduced SalesWorks in a powerpoint in the 2nd interview.
Both interviews were conducted in a group Zoom interview.
I just want to warn all future candidates, this job is one of those "roadshow" type jobs. Lots of standing in the streets representing different companies to get passersby to either sign up, or donate. This will be the type of company that does daily or weekly "motivation" speeches in company-wide meetings to get you to sell. To earn or move up, you have to sell, they don't care about being genuine or boundaries. This will be akin to an MLM company.
I know so many fresh graduates will fall for this without realising, so don't talk my word for it, but do some research and you might be able to see the red flags.
“The interview process was fun, comfortable, and well-structured, creating an open and positive atmosphere that encouraged two-way communication, built confidence, and made me genuinely interested in joining and growing with the company.”
Extremely simple and easy. Seemed a bit cult-ish. Interviewers were extremely friendly and personable, not too sure if i’m into that. A bit concerning that multiple interviews were happening at once.
