Saline Health System interview questions

I applied online and was contacted for a 1:1 interview. It was a friendly low pressure interview. I first met with a human resources representative, escorted to the department, then interviewed with the department manager.. After meeting the department's approval, I was escorted back to HR. I was offered the position and was given pay details, available benefits, etc. . Then I was given the dates of orientation. That was it!

Administrator and Pt care coordinator questioned me for about 18 minutes. They explained their expectations. They reviewed problems they were experiencing and how they expected me to be a positive force.
