Saw a hiring sign, filled out application in store. I was interviewed by two managers to get the job. And started with 2 days of being hired. First manager is hard interviews second is simple

Super Easy and laid back just a few different questions about my experience in the field and my past job experience. A monkey could get a job working here to be honest

Interview
Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.

Called in for interview. Was told I was hired and they never reached out again. I called to get an update and they kept saying I was hired. They said they never even pulled an application.
