It was too automated. I feel like should not do personality assessments, it would be advisable to just have phone or in-person interviews. I feel personality assessments give a very vague profile of a candidate and whether they are qualified for the job.

Super Easy and laid back just a few different questions about my experience in the field and my past job experience. A monkey could get a job working here to be honest

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.

Called in for interview. Was told I was hired and they never reached out again. I called to get an update and they kept saying I was hired. They said they never even pulled an application.
