Even at a small location the interview process was an enjoyable, simple, professional, fun experience and overall a enjoyable environment with appropriate challenges. Management was easygoing and was able to answer any question I had about company culture.

The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.
