Very good, comfortable yet thorough. Very informative. Interviewer did their best to make it a positive experience. It was very nice and a great change of pace! Solid questions and great personality.
The interview process involved an initial phone screening to discuss my background and availability, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The in-person session included a mix of behavioral and situational questions, and concluded with a brief tour of the facility. The entire process was completed within two weeks.
I found it to be very easy and straightforward and simple to be interviewed. The questions and things they asked me a bout whenever I interviewed with them were exactly the kinds of questions I expected like about my experience and what I wanted to accomplish in this customer service position.
