I found posting online, applied through e-mail and received reply within two days to set-up phone interview. CFO called me and asked general questions about my experience, expectations etc, and scheduled on-site interview for the following week. I was briefed and interviewed by HR, and than had more in-depth interview by lab manager who asked specific chemistry questions. They gave me tour of the lab and I got an offer few weeks later.

Explain the specific problem that you had to solve in past.
Worst interview ever . The first round of interview was with with newly appointed lady Indian HR and she was asking all HR based questions and in the 2nd round the guys who owns the company was there to interview view which is very weird and asked questions which where inappropriate for the position and he was so cold and sarcastic during the interview and started making fun of my job skills and the worst part is the HR was laughing to all the cruel jokes made by him which is very pathetic. Hope god bless both of them and give them some sense and sensibility
