I was called by the supervisor of the cafe at the time and went to the interview with her, then went on to the next interview the next week with a manager, then on to the last interview with the store's general manager. This process was probably about a couple of weeks.

It was honestly nice and simple. But you may have to walk in after applying online. Mine said interviewing online but I didn’t get any emails so I walked in
Interview process was simple. It's a low skilled job with average pay. I was hired the same day. They asked questions about past work experience and asked you to answer scenario questions
