They called me in to interview at thr store, super unprofessional. I overhead a woman tell the assistant manager, that I had arrived and manager responded that this interview wouldn't be taking long. The woman and assistant manager both interviewed me, they pulled up chairs in the middle of a hallway where employees were walking back and forth and the assistant manager was on his cell phone the entire time watching tik tok, he asked one question at the end and then went back to his phone.

Got a phone call to come in and interview. Two people sat in and asked simple questions about availability and past work experience. Got an email next day with job offer, except it was at the low end of the advertised range and they did not negotiate.

Interview
This is an extremely easy process. The main discussion topics were around how to treat members and how you manager and lead people.
If you can talk in depth about both of these you will be fine.
