The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

Asked if I can do balloons, writing, roses, border.
Super easy. Hired on the spot. Started the next day with computer classes about different areas like SA and other things for the job. No actual job training. Had to figure things out for yourself. But it pays well
The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
