They use the STAR method of interviewing which is pretty straightforward. Do your research before, and you will be fine. Also are required to take a test and you should research this as well.

Got a phone call to come in and interview. Two people sat in and asked simple questions about availability and past work experience. Got an email next day with job offer, except it was at the low end of the advertised range and they did not negotiate.

Interview
This is an extremely easy process. The main discussion topics were around how to treat members and how you manager and lead people.
If you can talk in depth about both of these you will be fine.
