Extremely unprofessional Behaviour by the HR. The HR of the company (from US) reached out to me via email to scheduled an interview. After couple of email communication and calendar exchange, HR (based out of US) agreed to a time slot at my morning 3:00 AM (India time). No calendar invite was shared. After mutiple reminders to the HR, the HR finally sent me a calendar invite mentioning that a call will be dialled directly to my India cell number.
At 3:00 AM , I was all waiting for the call to initiate and then I got an email asking me to join Google meeting. I joined the same and waited for 30 minutes and no one joined in. I emailed the HR twice and no respond. Finally I left the meeting with frustration at 3:45 AM.
I emailed the HR multiple time to reschedule the interview and till day I haven't received any response.
The HR behaviour is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They shouldn't take the candidate for granted. It was an unpleasant experience. HR is face of the company and with such initial behaviour, I would refrain from joining this organisation.
