Interview
The interview process was very pathetic, I got a call from the recruiter for IT support role, he mentioned there would be 5 rounds of interviews, I shared my availability to attend interviews , first 2 rounds were as per schedule, after that remaining 2 rounds were rescheduled in that 3rd round scheduled and attended, 4th round again rescheduled and finally it was scheduled, I was waiting on Zoom call for more that 10 mins the interview was not joined. Next day I shared an email to enquire about last round, but there is no response from recruiter, still waiting
The interviewing process made me feel really welcomed. However, it wast such a sad thing for them to ghost me. Until this day I still haven't received a response on why. I am truly disappointed that companies do this to people.
