I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics (Lima, Lima Region) in Dec 2014
Interview
I consider that the whole process was too long. Many persons were involved (local people & Korean people). Besides that, the HR process was quite complicated and burocratic. Don't worry if you are not contacted within 1 week after the previous interview.
Regarding the stages, the interview was performed as follows: 1) HR Analyst, 2) Manager (Direct boss), 3) Head of Division, 4) Korean Dispatcher, 5) President. In the case of the last stage, the President required to prepare a short presentation related to Samsung Mobile products and then that presentation was sent by email. After that, HR team will contact you to inform regarding the result of the process.

Question 1
Describe the peruvian mobile market (Main brands, Market Share, Amount, Units) -> For the engineering perspective, I consider that this topic was not realted to the job or daily duties. This is more related to the commercial rol.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Interview went all good, mostly want to see my personality and willingness to learn. In the end, they verbally offered me the job and even said they were processing my offer letter. And on the day I was suppose to get my offer letter. They said the person who initially resigned for this position has retracted their resignation letter and the position was no longer available for me anymore. Luckily I didnt hand in my resignation letter yet for my current job. Very unprofessional.
