1 on 1 interview about motivation, work ethics and team experiences. The interviewer also asked specific questions related to my understanding of the company structure and business plan, why this company and not a general management consulting role and questions about my last job and school experiences.
Business case question related to the semiconductor industry in Asia. A question on how to improve quality and lead times for a medium size division in Malaysia.
There was a Technical interview and a HR interview where they asked about technical skills and about programming language SQL and guesstimates also. Apart from this they ask personal questions in Personal interviews like introduction and expertise n all.

Interview
I had a positive experience during the interview process. The interviewer was professional, asked thoughtful questions, and created a comfortable environment. The questions were relevant to the role and gave me a good understanding of the company’s expectations. I appreciated the prompt communication and clear outline of the next steps.
