Interview was good, seems friendly. There are two steps of interview with line manager and country manager.
They are measuring my competency about technical knowledge and skills about problem sloving.

Nothing special compared to another companies interview process. You would asked some basic behaviorial questions related to the field that you applied for. In general, be prepared before being to the interview.

Interviewer not professional, using mobile phone and 2 interviewers sharing a mobile screen, unable to see their faces clearly or completely. Insist to answer sensitive questions ie age, and marriage plan, that may be deem as discrimination

Interview
Via 3rd party agency called for availability, then interview with Higher Authorities and HR at Corporate office, Dhaka. It was not a technical interview. After the interview the confirmation will come but employment will be under 3rd party.
