There were 2 interview processes. Firstly, Technical interview where the candidate should present their background and research within 20 mins, research related discussion, and other Q&A session. Secondly, HR Interview where the candidate should introduce their self shortly and some Q&A session.

Why I choose to use that method into my research? How long I have plan to stay in Korea? Am I okay if they reallocate me to my home country since they also have branch in Indonesia?
they asked me about my major and projects. Also there are several personality questions. They asked me about outside-university activities like research internship, research participation and so on. They asked the reason why I applied for that job position.
