I applied online. I interviewed at San Francisco AIDS Foundation (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Brief screening interview with the recruiter over the phone and then second video interview with IT Manager, Network Engineer and Systems Administrator. Thankfully things moved quickly and the whole process was within a couple of weeks.

Question 1
How important is customer service? Very free wheeling conversation about the role in general. Discussion of specific skills required (heavy Windows) and systems experience. No situational or "STAR" type questions (yay!).
Initial phone call with an HR member (general screening questions) followed by a panel interview with various team members, including the director of programs. Panel interview lasted approximately 45 minutes-1 hour.

Question 1
How did you manage patient information in your last position? How do you maintain cultural competency with regard to health education?
First round was a screening with HR, second round was a panel interview with 4 panelists who took turns asking various questions. Although HR had told me the names of the interviewers beforehand, one of them ended up being someone totally different. I tried to contact HR to get their contact info in order to thank each of them personally but never heard back.
