I was asked to complete a spark interview, where they send you a link, ask you questions and then you have to record yourself answering it. I think there may have been 4 or 5 questions. Then afterwards, a recruiter called me to go over some questions/ pre-screen . Then I was scheduled with an in-person interview. At the in-person interview, I was interviewed by 3 supervisors, which took about 30-45 min. Pretty easy process
