One of my worst experience recently, Panel seems is totally careless and already made mind not to hire potential candidate, I went through another semiconductor based company for a interview. I already had 3 rounds in consultants office, than in sandisk I arrived for client interview, panel consists of 2 people who are less interested to conduct interview, first of all they could not arrange a room for interview, after struggling for half an hour they arranged some room for 5 minits. interviewer asked meaningless questions which has no relation to my experience or has any used case, No questions are asked on python or any of my technology which I have worked in past, He asked how to apply binary search on tree structure, while he is unaware that binary search needs to be applied on sorted structure and not un ordered structure, panels ignorance was high and knowledge was almost zero, and they had bad attitude.
