I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sanofi (Westborough, MA) in May 2014
Interview
Quick and easy process. Phone screen and then followed by an in person interview direct manager and internal global team. Entire in person process took. O more than 2 hours
It was a very long process. The time from the initial recruiter call to the offer was just over three months with long stretches of silence. I had an issue with the recruiter not relaying important information to the hiring manager, which subsequently painted me in a negative light when meeting with the manager. I interviewed virtually and in person at the office. The only detractor to the experience is the recruiting process. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice.

D’abord un rh puis un manager puis un autre manager dans le cas ou tu passe les 2 premiers entretiens pour obtenir le poste que tu veux ou pour etre redirigé

Question 1
Comment avez vous gerer vos difficultés si vous en aviez dans votre dernier poste
The first round is with HR, the second round with 5 managers which is quite overwhelming. It's not too difficult but it's a long interview with a lot of questions from all 5 managers (hiring manager, dotted lines, indirect managers...)
