I applied online. I interviewed at Sanofi in Oct 2019
Interview
First I filled out an online application form with details on education and work experience, and attached my CV. I then got invited to do an online video interview (had to be completed within 3 days). The video interview had 8 questions total, with half of them having to be recorded video answers. This was followed up by a phone call and later an invitation to an assessment centre.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us one thing you are passionate about and why.
Initial CV application, followed by video interview and assessment centre.
Video interview straightforward, asked about why Sanofi, why the job, background interests etc.
Assessment Centre at HQ in Guildford. Typical competency interview questions about their 8 values. Presentation exercise about how to allocate funding to different branches of company for launch of new drug. Group exercise based on presentation exercise, working out what staff to spend money on at a drug launch. Assessment centre was pretty competitive, lots of backstabbing in the group exercise, and the staff were quite money hungry.
