Overall the interview process took like 3-4 weeks before i got an offer. i wouldn't say it was very hard but wasn't easy either.
The program selection was pretty competitive
It was really nice, 30 seconds to prepare, 2 minutes to answer. competency based questions and additional details about you eligibility to work/ drive. the questions are writen above and your responses are recorded and evaluated later.
