The HR screening part of the hiring process was a nightmare as I kept getting bounced between Sanofi recruiters and a long silence before they realized that one of them had forgotten to schedule my interview with the team. The interview process itself was OK. It was virtual and I talked to 4 people including the hiring manager. They explained what the work would be and the organization structure. I get the impression that they were really picky about about who they want but it was not clear what it is they were looking for.
