I had my first interview with the hiring manager. First of all, the manager was late without apologizing. Secondly, she cut me off when I introduce myself, as if she didn't have time to interview me. As I presented the case study they requested ( btw HR did not mention it until they sent me the Zoom link, leaving me just one day to prepare), the manager stopped me again, thinking she would not have time for more questions.
Finally, when I mentioned some admin issues and guaranteed there would be no problems given my notice of period, she immediately put on a poker face and said with a tone of disappointment and impatience, "Have a nice day", and then abruptly left the meeting.
As the interview is completed within the time slot assigned, it can only be interpreted as disrespectful.
Very disappointed experience. If hiring manager doesn't want to know the candidate, please don't contact.
