Question 1
How do you prioritize tasks?
What have you seen in the news lately that could have been handled better?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sard Verbinnen & Co. (New York, NY) in Jul 2021
Interview
Began with HR informational interview which was very basic, followed by two mid-level interviews about company and more technical skills / cultural fit and then I received an offer. Process felt very drawn out and didn't hear back for a while

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why financial comms?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sard Verbinnen & Co. in Jun 2021
Interview
After sending in my CV and cover letter, I was invited to two initial interviews, an assessment task (at home) and an HR interview. (The total process took about 1.5months.) And then I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. When I wrote an email to ask about my application, I received a short email saying they found someone else for the role. I didn't get any feedback in between the interviews or afterwards. Really bad communication, not a great way to treat applicants.
