There were two interviews. The first one was the HR interview conducted by the HR manager. The second one was an interview with the department heads. Both were related to background and previous experience.

2-3 rounds of interview with hr , department heads for analysing experience and qualifications. Assessment test is conducted. Communication skills and experience are core factor among processes. HR is understanding and friendly.

Interview
I was informed to meet the Interview panel in a 5 star Hotel in Juhu a few days before the interview.
The IT Head and HR head interviewed me.
The IT and HR Head asked questions.
Gave a brief about the company and IT department
Inquired about what I wanted to save.
They briefed me about the Omani India exchange rate
and monthly expenses incurred by a bachelor. Also updated about the bachelor accommodation and transportation facility the company offered.
Mentioned I would be informed within a week if shortlisted and would need to sign the contract then.
After a few days I got a call informing me to meet them again at the hotel. Salary was finalised and contract was offered which I read and signed.
