Thorough, concise, honest and open. It was a great process with expectations managed throughout. They set out at the start the process, timelines and who would be at each stage and stuck to that with great communications and timings.

Straight forward application then first round with HR and final interview with manager. Focus on previous experience and capability as well as information about Company. Informal and friendly process throughout.
