I applied in 1st week of april for the role and received a call from HR in 1st week of May for the interview. 2 people were supposed to come as panelist but only one panelist joined. That panelist was a vendor (employee of other company) not their permanent employee. The entire interview appeared as mere formality to me. As one panelist didn't came and no reason was given for his disappearance. In starting, noone joined the interview, I had to call HR and then HR joined and then later on, only one panelist joined. And obv camera was turned off for that panelist and HR as well. Almost 70% of the interview revolved around capital market domain questions only. but the jd said, knowledge or interest in trading domain. Requirements written is job description seems to be quite deviating as compare to the interview questions. No wonder they frequently reposts this role. As with title of tester in the role, they are evaluating a person as Business analyst or domain expert. I received a generic rejection mail, the very next day. There was no feedback shared by HR despite couple of follow-ups. in april moth I was also reached out by 3 different vendors as contractor for same role.
