      User Experience Designer Interview

      5 Feb 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Barcelona
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schibsted (Barcelona) in Mar 2017

      Interview

I got a message from a recruiter. After that, we did a phone interview in which more or less we discussed if I was a good candidate for the position, and they asked me if I was ok with the salary they may offer. We scheduled a second interview in their offices. I was basically asked what I was doing in my actual job, but I didn't got any info from the interviewer on the job position. We finished the interview and we agreed on doing another one with the team. Never heard of them again.

      User Experience Designer Interview

      13 Sept 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schibsted (London, England) in Aug 2016

      Interview

The interview was very short. I was interviewed by a recruiter. I was asked about my background and then about salary expectations. I did not specify a salary but said that I am very experienced and would like my salary to match my experience. The recruiter told me that this issue will be checked and they will come back to me. They did not return to me. I had to send 3 emails in a period of 3 weeks and only then they replied to me writing that they are proceeding with other candidates. I think it is a very unprofessional and you would expect to hear from the company even if they are not interested.
